No mama....don't go off the deep end?!?!?!

Hello ALL,
It's Ms. K and Ms. R doing a little "guest post" for mama.  She's busy.....trying to feed us, clean up, feed Hank, do laundry, wash the floor, wrap presents, send out holiday cards and a bunch of other stuff.

The good news, though, is that she's been acting a tad more "sane" lately.

A few weeks ago -- well, we .... ah.....thought she might go off the deep end.  We are not sure what that means exactly, but daddy said it a few times and we knew it wasn't good.

Anyway.....we had some special angels come in an rescue mommy from "going off the deep end".

Who...you ask??

Well....it was our Grandparents!! ALL of them!! They came to our house and spent the whole weekend with us.

There was quite a bit of noise going on downstairs.....sounded like pounding and drilling and sawing.....

We weren't allowed to check it out til it was "all done".

But -- boy......when the big project was revealed we squealed with excitement and mama did too!!!!!

Our Grandmas and Grandpas worked tirelessly to make a giant play area for us downstairs.  They put up something called sheet rock??  And...added a few doors to keep us out of mommy and daddy's "stuff"... and..... VOILA......it was the most awesome play area we had ever seen!!!

Can you even believe how great this is?? We've got slides and swings and tents and tubes and balls and a table full of rice and lots and lots of other fun stuff!!! It's hours of non-stop entertainment!!

We've been having so much fun playing downstairs.  It's a little chilly, but mama puts us in sweatshirts and she covers up with a big, cozy blankie.  :)

Thanks Grandmas and Grandpas!  We're sure glad our mama to go off the deep end!!   We'd miss her!!!

With love,
Ms. K & Ms. R!!

  2. That is awesome!!! I am so giddy about this - I wanna come and play too.
PS - do you have a german short-haired pup? Is that who I spot lying there watching them playing? We have one too, Rosco, but he does not do a whole lot of lying around.
