Ms. R update

Just a quick update on our sweet Ms. R.

She had her tonsils and adenoids removed on Friday at 9am.

To say she was BRAVE is an understatement.

She was far more brave than her mommy and daddy.

With tears in our eyes... we left her in the operating room with a great ENT team and with God.

We knew He would be watching over, but it didn't make it any easier.

Just hours before the surgery she was our beautiful, smiling, full of life Ms. R...

But after it all was done - she molded against her daddy needing every ounce of love we had.

Today is day 3 post-op and she's pretty much been down and out.

They warned us days 3-5 can be the most difficult.

The pain has increased, she has zero appetite and no energy.

She's doing her best to drink water and milk and that is all we can ask of her now.

I'll check back in a few days -- with a new progress report.

But we wanted to say thanks for all the love, support and prayer.

We can't wait to have our "FULL OF LIFE" Ms. R back with us for good!
