Eight months of LOVE.

When we locked eyes for the very first time... I honestly thought I'd died and gone to heaven.

There you were, Ms. A, my third baby -- sporting a {PINK} hat!?!?!?

The moment you were born they told me -- its a GIRL!!!
My mouth dropped open.

Yes, my love, I was SURPRISED.

BUT ... SO incredibly happy.

Heart busting open, kind of happy.

And I spent the next two days calling and texting everyone I knew to share our incredible news.

Healthy, happy, chubby, baby GIRL.
All the while ... you slept like an angel.

Nursed like a champ.

And totally captivated our hearts.
We tried to figure out who you looked like.

Who you would act like.

How you would mold into our family.

Eight months later, my love, you've molded beautifully.

YOU were the missing part to our mold.

At eight months old you are busier than your sisters were, at this age.

You would climb a mountain if we let you.

Your easy going disposition allows for your sisters to literally smother you with love.

Ms. R constantly entertaining you.
Ms. K always mothering you.

Daddy scooping you up and telling you how very much he loves you.

Mama - well... a blubbering mess over how fast you are growing, not wanting to miss a minute, feeling heart ache when she hears you cry or has to leave you for a little bit --- but mostly just madly, deeply in love with your 8 month old self.
You are a true "baby, baby"

A Gerber baby, if you will.

Beautiful round head.

Huge eyes that  dance around the room.

Kissable cheeks!

Easy going - even with an ear infection and a messed up sleep schedule.

And, a sweet little voice that laughs and coos and babbles as you try to teach us more about who you are.

Oh how we LOVE who you are.

And how CUTE you look in winter hats!

We all marvel at your physical development ... and think you will be walking in no time.

So - there is NO TIME like the present to enjoy you as you are - our cooing, crawling, climbing eight month old baby.

Our 'one of kind' baby GIRL.

Best surprise EVER!

With love,
Cuz I'm the mama!

** Just for fun ... your twin sisters at 8 months old.
