Ramdom thoughts.

In one {short} week we'll be on a jet plane at this very moment - with three silly little girls.

Yesterday kicked off our last full week in Seattle.

We are happy to report that we are {mostly} feeling better.

As a result of the nasty cold - my sense of taste and smell are STILL absent. Eating without taste is point-LESS!

The kitchen is proving to be the most difficult part of the house to pack.

I'm enjoying a very peaceful and quiet morning - all babes still asleep at 7:24am.

We're starting to talk to the big sisters about getting on an airplane and seeing family.

We're mostly eating PB & J this week - but as you know that's pretty much our norm.

I've been trying to drink gobs of water lately - telling myself staying hydrated will help with the stress of moving.

Living away from home for a year has shown us just how fast time goes.

We took our last trip to the Seattle zoo last week.  The girls both rode the carousel with daddy.  Sweet memories.

We estimate we're about 75% packed and ready to move, the other 25% is stuff that just has to wait until the end.

We're hoping to enjoy a few more walks along our favorite trails if the weather cooperates this week.

I packed up most of Ms. A's clothes yesterday - and dropped a few tears over just how fast she is growing.

The big sisters are doing great in the midst of living in a mostly packed house.

Proves kids are amazing and resilient --(even without furniture and most of their toys)-- still feeling at home because we are here with them.

The hubs and I feel like we are in somewhat of a surreal state -- with all the change on the horizon.

Saying goodbye to Seattle will be both easy and hard.

Bringing home our "extra cargo" will be the best part.

Speaking of that cargo - she's 3 1/2 months old today.
For those of you yet to meet her -- there is nothing about her you won't L.O.V.E.

We are getting anxious to reunite with our canine pal at home.  We've missed him so.

With most of our stuff packed away - it feels so nice living in a clutter-free zone.

I'm starting to hear the big girls calling for me now.

Time to start the day around here.

Which kicks off with watching Strawberry Shortcake, these days.

Life is good.

Hope your day is good to you!

With love,
Cuz I'm the mama!
