It's Monday morning.... the house is QUIET after an entire weekend spent at home.
It.was.glorious.
Other than the hubs and I slipping out Saturday night for a few hours, we literally spent the rest of the weekend hunkered down.
AVOIDING flu germs.
And dancing our bums off.
These weekends are somewhat rare in our world right now, but as the hubs rounds the corner of his final fellowship year ... we see many, many more of these weekends in our near future.
More family time.
Less working time {insert HUGE smiling face here}!!
We had lazy starts to both Saturday and Sunday.
Cartoons and football.
Laundry and some good home cookin'.
The girls have quite taken to daddy's eggs & cheese for breakfast, lately.
And my first attempt at the Pioneer Women's Crashed Hot Potatoes were a yummy way to wrap up the weekend!
They don't look quite as pretty as her's, but they sure were tasty! Really...you should try 'em!
After good soakin' (baths!) for all three girls it was time to put the weekend to bed!
And as the sun rose on this new morning ... it's time to return to our routine.
Big girls off to school......
And waiting til the very last minute to wake this sleeping beauty.
Isn't her innocence breathtaking?
And now the babe and I settle in for a quiet Monday. Lots of playtime, laundry and hopefully a nap."Bring on the new week"... says Ms. A.....
Just bring it!
With love,
Cuz I'm the mama!
